Do you doubt the “white flag” flying? I am a Democrat. I get daily emails from Fetterman. Less from Shapiro. Still fewer from Biden. Nothing from the PA-10 Democrat candidate.

In early July, I signed up on the candidate’s website under the option “Keep me informed.” So far, no acknowledgement, no emails keeping me informed, no donation request. Total void. In June, I made two personal visits to the address on candidate’s website. There were dozens of yard signs stacked on the front porch of the rowhouse. It was 10 am in the morning at the time of both visits. She was unavailable but came to the door on first visit.

After the defeat in the last two election cycles, I wrote the Dem county chairs to see if there were any “lessons learned” sessions to be held. No response. I suspect that Democrats do not build on information from last election cycles but rather start “rebuilding the wheel.” What a waste.

There are only three months until the election. The Democrat candidate for PA-10 is an embarrassment. Ditto the party in this area. There is deep loathing for the Republican incumbent but where is the alternative?

The Dems seem unable to tap into resentment for Scott Perry’s extreme views and actions. Shame.
