A resident of Oregon’s 5th Congressional District has filed a federal complaint alleging Jamie McLeod-Skinner, who is seeking the Democratic nomination for the seat, has failed to properly disclose the funding for her campaign’s yard signs.
The complaint, dated April 29, says McLeod-Skinner’s signs violate the Federal Campaign Act, which requires political advertisements produced and distributed by federal campaigns to include information about who paid for them.
