Three new members are now serving on the Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board.

Kevin Bork from Grand Marsh now represents District 3, which includes Adams, Crawford, Grant, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland, Sauk, and Vernon counties.

Jonathon Gibbs from Fox Lake is the District 4 representative serving Columbia, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Marquette, Waushara, and Winnebago counties.

Patrick Mullooly from Clinton represents District 5 which includes Dane, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, and Rock counties.

The state’s Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection administers the board elections.  Bork, Gibbs, and Mullooly join four other members for three-year terms to administer about $2 million in checkoff dollars paid by Wisconsin soybean producers. This funding is used to support research, education, and promotion of Wisconsin-grown soybeans.
